Deliveries
Deliveries are next working day (after day of dispatch). If you miss the delivery you will be left a card asking you to contact the courier directly.
Delivery charges are calculated by weight and bulk on checkout. e.g.: We only charge the same amount that we are charged for postage and courier deliveries.

Warranty
All products supplied are covered by the terms and conditions of the Original Manufacturers Guarantee for a period of 12 months or longer if relevant, this is in addition to the consumers statutory rights. These 3rd party warranties are completely independent from Treeclimber.ie
Returns
1. In the event of product problem please e-mail us with the make and model of equipment, invoice number and a description of the fault or symptoms together with any other relevant information such as other equipment being used. Please try any suggestions we may make to ensure that you have a genuine fault. You maybe required to contact the manufacturer to verify the item is faulty.
2. Where the goods have a genuine fault, you are responsible for the cost of returning goods to us. We in turn will pay for the delivery to you of a replacement product. Please make sure when returning goods that they are adequately packaged and insured as you will be responsible for any damage or loss in transit to us.
3. Please ensure that goods are returned in original packaging, with all accessories, paperwork, etc., and are in perfect condition. Where goods are damaged or have accessories or packaging missing, these will be replaced at your cost plus an administration charge of €40.
4. Where goods are returned and are found not to be faulty, they will be returned to you (at your cost) plus a handling charge of €40.
5. Returns without prior authorisation will be refused. |
