1. The Title to the products shall remain with Treeclimber.ie until payment of the full purchase price. Failure to pay the purchase price of purchased products when due shall give Treeclimber.ie the right, without liability, to collect any unpaid balance and reasonable collection fee, with or without notice, and avail itself of any legal remedy.

2. Claims arising from delay, damage or partial loss of goods in transit must be notified to the company and carrier immediately by telephone and then confirmed in writing within 3 days. Acceptance of claims will not be construed as admission of liability.

3. Treeclimber.ie shall not responsible for any damage incurred to equipment caused by modifications performed by the buyer.

4. Buyer assumes full responsibility that the purchased products described on the invoice meets the specifications, capacity, capabilities, versatility, and other parameters required to perform as desired by buyer.

5. An Order Confirmation is a confirmation that we have received your order and is not a binding contract. We reserve the right to cancel any orders.
